#CatapultCares 2017: Student Service & Appreciation Month

Catapult Academy is committed to being a customer-centric organization by providing the highest level of service to our students, parents, district and school administrators, and community organizations. To continue building and growing this customer-focused organization, throughout the month of May, all Catapult Academy campuses are implementing the #CatapultCares customer service plan to ensure that our staff is always providing strong customer service.

Key elements of the #CatapultCares program include: accessibility and responsiveness of staff to questions from students and parents; empathy and urgency when responding to students’ and parents’ concerns; and a focus on developing positive customer relationships through communication on the phone, in person, and in writing.

Catapult Academy’s enrollment coordinators, staff, and teachers have begun implementing #CatapultCares on campuses throughout Florida and Georgia.
