Catapult Academy Highlights #CatapultCares Campaign During Month of May

Hills Grad with Mr E-052016Catapult Academy is committed to being a customer-centric organization by providing the highest level of service to our students, parents, district and school administrators, and community organizations. To continue building and growing this customer-focused organization, throughout the month of May, all Catapult Academy campuses are implementing the #CatapultCares customer service plan to ensure that our staff is always providing strong customer service.

Key elements of the #CatapultCares program include: accessibility and responsiveness of staff to questions from students and parents; empathy and urgency when responding to students’ and parents’ concerns; and a focus on developing positive customer relationships through communication on the phone, in person, and in writing.

Catapult Academy’s enrollment coordinators, staff, and teachers have begun implementing #CatapultCares on campuses throughout Florida and Georgia. A recent graduate in Hillsborough County named Angelica (pictured above with her teacher, Mr. Escudero), was thankful for the support she received from her teachers and other staff. She will be walking in graduation this June and plans to attend HCC in the Fall to study Nursing.

Also in Hillsborough County, new student Diana Rodriguez [featured in the photo below delivering donuts to Mr. Tony Bruno at the E. Hillsborough campus] shared her experience enrolling at Catapult Academy:

“After talking with [enrollment coordinator] Mr. Bruno, I knew Catapult Academy was the right place for me. He slowly explained to me how the classes worked and what I would be needing to graduate. Kindly he directed me to the building and told me everything I would need to enroll. I’m happy they have someone like Mr. Bruno at Catapult Academy who can help us succeed.”  —Diana Rodriguez, newly enrolled Catapult Academy student.
